Fees and Rebates

We provide onsite HICAPS claims. Bring your physical health fund card or digital wallet app to your appointment. We claim your benefit on the spot, and you only pay the gap fee via EFTPOS.

We accept Chronic Condition Management plans mapped out by your GP. You will pay the full consultation fee up front. We will then process your Medicare rebate on the spot using our terminal, which refunds directly back onto your physical debit card. Please ensure you bring your GP referral paperwork to your initial appointment.

We accept approved WorkCover and TAC claims. To book your first appointment, please contact us directly with your Claim Number, Case Manager details, and your GP Referral / Medical Certificate.

We welcome Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS participants. Fees are billed strictly in accordance with current NDIS Price Guide limits.
